How to earn RP from apps


On mobile device

  1. Go to Earn > Apps.
  2. Apps available for your mobile device will be listed.
  3. Select an app, read the instructions and click Download. Read the instructions carefully in order to ensure that you achieve the requirements to be credited.
  4. You will be redirected to the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) to download and install the app.
  5. Open the app to complete the app task requirements.



On desktop

  1. Go to Earn > Apps.
  2. Select your mobile device type, either iOS or Android.
  3. Apps available for your selected mobile device type will be listed.
  4. Select an app, read the instructions and scan the QR using your mobile device. Read the instructions carefully in order to ensure that you achieve the requirements to be credited.
  5. You will be redirected to the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) to download and install the app.
  6. Open the app to complete the app task requirements.



IMPORTANT - All Apple devices on iOS 14.5 and later

  • Allow app tracking when you open the app to ensure that you will be credited upon completion of the app task. This simplifies your earning experience and will prevent any missing credit or disappointment.
  • If you did not receive an app tracking prompt, follow these steps: 
    1. On your device, go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
    2. Enable Allow Apps to Request to Track.



I met the app task requirements but was not credited


In some cases, you might not be credited even though you met the app task requirements.


This usually happens when your mobile device's privacy settings have automatically disabled app tracking or you did not allow app tracking when you first downloaded the app. Hence, our advertising partners are unable to track your completion of the requirements. 


In order to be credited, please follow these steps to submit a support ticket directly to our advertising partner as they are in charge of the crediting of RP.


  1. Go to Earn > Apps.
  2. Click the history icon found at the top right hand corner. All your apps activity will be listed here sorted according to date started.
  3. Find the app that you were not credited for and click SupportYou will be redirected to a support form for that particular app.
  4. Fill up the support form with the required details including any screenshots that can prove you have completed the app task requirements.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. You should receive a response from our advertising partner within 1 week.



IMPORTANT: please note that if you started the app task more than 1 month ago, you will be unable to submit a support ticket directly to our advertising partner. In this case, contact us and provide the following details:

  • Name of the app
  • Screenshots that can prove you have completed the app task requirements
