Pending: redemption request is pending your confirmation. Open the redemption confirmation email to confirm redemption.
Processing: redemption request has been confirmed and will be processed within 48 hours. Crypto will be sent to your Uphold account linked to Blockreward and gift cards will be added to your Gift Card Wallet on Blockreward.
Completed: redemption request has been processed and sent to the respective destination.
Cancelled: redemption request has been manually or automatically cancelled.
On hold: redemption request is on hold due to a Terms of Service violation. Please contact us and provide any information that will help us to re-evaluate.
