We do not control task crediting. The tracking and crediting of task is done via cookies and tracking pixels that report directly to our advertising partners.


If you did not get credited for completing a task under Offers, Apps or Videos, follow these steps to contact our partners directly to resolve the issue. You do not need to contact us as we have no control over task crediting.


If you did not get credited for completing a task under Surveys, you will need to contact us directly.


Adscendmedia


  1. Go to Earn > Offers > Adscendmedia
  2. Click Support on the top right
  3. Under Offer History, find the task you completed. Wait at least 24 hours then click Missing Points
  4. Fill up the form and provide any proofs of completion (screenshots, invoices etc)
  5. The support will confirm and credit you usually within 72 hours. This might take up to 2 weeks if more time is required to investigate.


Adgatemedia/Apps


  1. Go to Earn > Offers > Adgatemedia
  2. Click Support at the top
  3. Under Offers/Surveys, find the task you completed. Wait at least 1 hour then click Contact next to the task name
  4. Fill up the form and provide any proofs of completion (screenshots, invoices etc)
  5. The support will confirm and credit you usually within 72 hours. This might take up to 2 weeks if more time is required to investigate.


Adgem


  1. Go to Earn > Offers > Adgem
  2. Click Reward Status at the top
  3. Find the task you completed and select it. Make sure you have waited 24 hours then click Request Support.
  4. Fill up the form and provide any proofs of completion (screenshots, invoices etc)
  5. The support will confirm and credit you usually within 72 hours. This might take up to 2 weeks if more time is required to investigate.


HangMyAds


  1. Go to Earn > Offers > HangMyAds
  2. Click Support at the bottom
  3. Find the task you completed and click Contact
  4. Fill up the form and provide any proofs of completion (screenshots, invoices etc)
  5. The support will confirm and credit you usually within 72 hours. This might take up to 2 weeks if more time is required to investigate.


KiwiWall


  1. Go to Earn > Offers > KiwiWall
  2. Scroll down and click Wall Support
  3. Fill up the form with the following details
    1. Task name 
    2. Task value in b 
    3. Date of completion 
    4. Any relevant proofs of completion (screenshots, invoices etc)
  4. The support will confirm and credit you usually within 72 hours. This might take up to 2 weeks if more time is required to investigate.


OfferToro


  1. Go to Earn > Offers > OfferToro
  2. Click My b at the top
  3. Find the task you completed and click Missing Credits
  4. Fill up the form and provide any proofs of completion (screenshots, invoices etc)
  5. The support will confirm and credit you usually within 72 hours. This might take up to 2 weeks if more time is required to investigate.


Wannads


  1. Go to Earn > Offers > Wannads
  2. Click the ? icon on the top right
  3. Find the task you completed. Make sure you have waited 24 hours then click Missing Points.
  4. Fill up the form and provide any proofs of completion (screenshots, invoices etc)
  5. The support will confirm and credit you usually within 72 hours. This might take up to 2 weeks if more time is required to investigate.


Videos

  2. Fill up the form and provide any screenshots as proof of completion
  3. Provide these additional requested details
    1. Your IP Address: Find your IP address here
    2. Name of Site/App You Are Viewing Hideout.tv Videos On: Blockreward
    3. Type of Request: Viewer
    4. What is your ID/Username with the site or app that you are using to access Hideout.tv: Find your 10 character member ID from your Blockreward referral link here
  4. The support will confirm and credit you usually within 72 hours. This might take up to 2 weeks if more time is required to investigate.


Surveys


  1. Wait at least 24 hours (as some surveys might take a few hours to credit) 
  2. Contact us with 
    1. Survey partner name 
    2. Survey reward in b 
    3. Date of completion 
    4. Screenshots as proof of completion 
  3. We will investigate and credit you if you are found to have successfully completed the survey. This might take up to 2 weeks. However, we provide no guarantee that you will be credited as the survey partner has the final say.
