If you lost your two-factor authentication (2FA) device and do not have a backup of the 2FA secret code, follow these steps to reset your 2FA.


  1. Log in to your account
  2. When prompted for your 2FA code, click Reset 2FA
  3. A reset 2FA email will be sent to the email address associated with your account
  4. Open the reset 2FA email. Before proceeding, please note that as a security precaution, your account will be locked for 48 hours after reset.
  5. Click Reset 2FA
    Security note: The reset link is valid for only 30 minutes and can only be accessed from the same device you requested a 2FA reset
  6. 2FA reset success
  7. You can log in to your account after 48 hours and enable 2FA again. We recommend all users to backup their 2FA secret code in a safe location to prevent resets.
