If you lost your two-factor authentication (2FA) device and do not have a backup of the 2FA secret code, follow these steps to reset your 2FA.
- Log in to your account
- When prompted for your 2FA code, click Reset 2FA
- A reset 2FA email will be sent to the email address associated with your account
- Open the reset 2FA email. Before proceeding, please note that as a security precaution, your account will be locked for 48 hours after reset.
- Click Reset 2FA
- 2FA reset success
- You can log in to your account after 48 hours and enable 2FA again. We recommend all users to backup their 2FA secret code in a safe location to prevent resets.
