Videos on Blockreward are provided by our video partner, PixelPoint.TV (formerly HideoutTV).
In order to watch videos and earn RP, an external account with PixelPoint.TV is required. A single external account gives you access to all videos across their sister websites.
Your PixelPoint.TV account is linked to your Blockreward account which allows you to seamlessly transfer points from PixelPoint.TV to Blockreward. You will need to follow these steps to get started (the same steps can be repeated at any of their sister websites).
Step 1: Choose a video channel on Blockreward
- Go to Earn > Videos.
- Select PixelPoint.TV.
- Choose a video channel and click on it. This is a critical step to successfully link your PixelPoint.TV account to your Blockreward account.
- You will be redirected to PixelPoint.TV.
Step 2: Log in or sign up on PixelPoint.TV
- On PixelPoint.TV:
- New user: click Sign Up to create a new PixelPoint.TV account.
- Existing user: click Log In and log in to your existing PixelPoint.TV account.
- Go to https://pixelpoint.tv/rewards.php > Linked Accounts.
- Blockreward should be listed with your Blockreward member ID. This indicates that you have successfully linked your PixelPoint.TV account to your Blockreward account.
- If you do not see Blockreward listed, repeat Step 1: Choose a video channel on Blockreward again.
Step 3: Watch videos on PixelPoint.TV
- Select a video to watch. Turn off any ad blockers as you will only be rewarded when you watch an advertisement.
- For every video plus advertisement you watch, you will be rewarded with points in your PixelPoint.TV account.
- Click on the Rewards button below each video to check how many points you have earned.
Step 4. Transfer points from PixelPoint.TV to Blockreward
For RP to be credited into your Blockreward account, you need to redeem the points earned on PixelPoint.TV for RP. A minimum of 9 points is required.
Points are synced across PixelPoint.TV and all their sister websites. Points can be redeemed at any website.
- Go to https://pixelpoint.tv/rewards.php
- Under Linked Accounts, confirm that Blockreward is listed. If you do not see Blockreward listed, repeat Step 1: Choose a video channel on Blockreward again.
- Click Start Redeem Process.
- Confirm the amount of points that you are redeeming for RP and click Redeem Balance.
- RP will be credited into your Blockreward account usually within a few minutes. However, it might take up to 24 hours.
